COMMUNITY PET POLICY
All pets must be approved by the property management company in advance. In addition to any lease agreement, a completed a Pet Addendum and submission of the animal deposit are required before the animal is allowed in the unit. Pet privileges are at the sole discretion of the management company as determined by the owner of the property. A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per unit. Service and Companion animals must be certified by a licensed physician. A Pet Screening Questionnaire must be completed for each pet. Pets must be kept on a lease when outside. Pet owners must clean up after their pets in designated green areas.
- Monthly Pet Rent: $10/month per pet
- Refundable Pet Deposit: $200 (Dogs/Cats)
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $150 (Dogs/Cats)
DOGS
- must be 2 years old or older
- maximum weight of 40lbs
- must be housebroken with good rental history
- The following breeds or mixed breeds are not allowed without written approval from management: Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Spitz, Rottweiler, Bull Mastiff, Belgian Malinois, and Pitt Bull.
- Any animal with history of violent behavior will not be accepted.
CATS (Domesticated)
- must be 2 years old or older
- must be spayed or neutered
- must have good rental history
- must have lived with applicant for at least 1 year
FISH, RODENTS, REPTILES and BIRDS
- Maximum of two (2) rodents, reptiles or birds are allowed per unit and must be approved by management. A $150 refundable pet deposit is required for aquariums and/or cages.
